1. Service Model

IncorporaHub provides business setup and consultation services through its own team and a network of verified partner firms based on the user's region.

2. Payments

All services require 100% advance payment before work begins. Payment collection may be handled by the relevant partner based on the user's location and the nature of the service.

3. No Refund Policy

Once a service is initiated, cancelled, or stopped by the user, no refund will be provided.

Any refund, if applicable, will only be considered at the discretion of the service partner in cases where the service could not be delivered due to the partner's side.

4. Partner Communication

By submitting a query, the user agrees to receive a call or communication from our relevant partner shortly after the enquiry is raised.

5. Third-Party Delays

Delays caused by government offices, authorities, or third-party service providers are outside our control and shall not make IncorporaHub liable.

6. Liability

IncorporaHub acts as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party execution, statutory delays, or user-side cancellation.
